My love for chocolate runs deep. I’m talking, doesn’t-go-a-day-without-chocolate deep. And if you’ve seen me eat breakfast, like ever, or glanced at my Instagram page, I’m sure you’re also very familiar with my severe addiction to berries. I literally have both every single day, preferably together.
I mean, chocolate and berries just work together PERFECTLY. They can be fancy…chocolate covered strawberries. They can be dessert-y… chocolate cherry ice cream. They can be breakfast…. Chocolate strawberry smoothies. And you know what else they can be? Decadent, indulgent, nourishing, DELICIOUS muffins… with a fluffy, chocolatey interior and a swirl of fresh 2 ingredient raspberry jam over top! Swoon.
These muffins can be made in one bowl. Simple ingredients, minimal cleanup, and less than 25 minutes in the oven. Could you ask for anything easier?? I guess you could try, but I doubt they’d taste as good. 😉
**I love to top these muffins with extra homemade jam, but they would also be great with a little drizzle of peanut butter or chocolate, too!
If you made this recipe, I’d love to see it! Let me know in the comments or tag me on IG at @simply_unbeetable 🙂
