Peanut Butter Oreo Fudge Bars…. born from a childhood snack that’ll never fade. If you watched The Parent Trap as a little kid and have loved Oreos dipped in peanut butter ever since…. this one is for you. Ever since watching that movie when I was younger, I’ve been obsessed with Oreos and peanut butter. Maybe it’s the simplicity of chocolate and peanut butter together, but maybe it’s something more. The nostalgic and unique flavor of Oreos dipped in creamy peanut butter is just other-worldly. And in the best most incredible way possible.
These decadent peanut butter Oreo fudge bars combine the classic Oreo flavor in an easy crust with a super simple 4 ingredient creamy peanut butter fudge over top. And not to mention, in these bars we use only 5 different ingredients total to bring you one of the best treats. Plus, they are ingredients you probably already have on hand… win-win!
These bars are no-bake and can be thrown together with minimal hands-on time for a crowd pleading treat! They’re perfect for kids who love their Oreos, and for adults who love the nostalgia of peanut butter and Oreos. Long story short, they are perfect for anyone, any age! After all, Oreos never go out of style…
I hope you enjoy these bars as much as we do! Please take a moment to read the tips below so that you get the best results possible. 🙂
Can I use sandwich cookies other than Oreos?
Sure! Use whatever chocolate sandwich cookies you like! I love Oreos, but I also love this brand as well. 🙂
Do I need to remove the creme filling?
YES. YES YES YES. This is a crucial step and using the filling will not give you the right texture on the crust!
What if I don’t own a food processor?
That’s ok! I highly recommend one for this recipe but if you don’t have one, I have a solution for you. 🙂 Simply put the Oreo cookies in a ziplock (or similar) bag, remove the air, and with a rolling pin or similar vessel, crush the cookies to a very fine consistency.
How long do I leave the Oreo crust layer in the fridge?
Before putting the fudge layer over top, you’ll need to refrigerate the crust. This helps it solidify, but also helps when spreading the fudge over top! AT LEAST an hour in the fridge for the Oreo crust layer, but the longer the better. 🙂

This recipe is phenomenal. It is not overly heavy/overly sweet at all. Everyone I have showed it too has fallen in love with it. My sister took a bite and simply said “oh my gosh you could sell this for money”. And I wish I could take credit for the recipe. But sincerely delicious! Can’t wait to try more from this page!

I used the Oreo cream to make frosting. I added some powdered sugar and milk to it until it was a spreadable consistency. Iced some chocolate cupcakes with it and sprinkled them with crushed Oreo cookies.
