It’s no secret, I love my desserts, especially ones that include chocolate. And although it may seem that way at times from my Instagram feed, I definitely enjoy a wider variety of foods. 🙂 While I would love to indulge in a batch of cookies at every meal, I don’t think that would do me well in the long run.
Butttt, with this smoothie, you can enjoy cookies for breakfast as much as you’s like! Similar to many others, I do not believe in food rules, or labelling foods, unless we’re labelling them as damn delicious. Rather, I believe in a well rounded diet, which can include both cookies for breakfast and/or a cookie flavored smoothie for breakfast (that actually includes many nourishing, filling, and energizing ingredients) – that’s a 10/10 from me!
In actuality, most (if not all) mornings during the workweek I have a smoothie for breakfast. There are so many ways to customize them, they’re quick, and they’re SO satisfying to me! This smoothie is one of my go-to’s, and one that I have at least once or twice a week, in regular rotation with both my mint chocolate chip smoothies and chocolate smoothies.
